Don’t miss this networking session featuring North Dakota’s local food farmers. Learn about CSAs, farmers markets and farm-direct sales from the farmers who grow local food.

Wednesday, April 15

Join FARRMS and its partners for a summit presenting the economic benefits of supporting local farmers and local foods. In addition to a great opportunity to network economic developers with farmers and consumers, Ken Meter from Crossroads Resouce Center, will be presenting Local Farm and Food Economy studies in nine western and seven northern counties in North Dakota.

Also, hear about the success of a food hub pilot project in Minnesota and the results of a feasibility study on a light processing/aggregation facility.

Cost is $50 in advance for the conference and farmer showcase social. $65 the day of the conference. PLEASE REGISTER BEFORE APRIL 1.
